Home removals in Birmingham

A home move starts with what you are moving, not just the number of bedrooms. HS Group Global reviews your furniture, packed boxes, route and access before suggesting a suitable moving option. From a flat to a fuller household, the aim is a clear written plan for the belongings you actually need moved.

Your items. Your access. Your quote, agreed in writing.

A plan for your home. And your front door.

Birmingham flats can mean shared entrances, stair turns, booked lifts and a walk from the loading point. Send the floor level at both addresses, whether the lift can take your larger furniture, and where a vehicle can reasonably stop. A nearby parking space is not the same as permission to load; check building instructions and tell us about restrictions before the quote is agreed.

List awkward pieces separately, including wardrobes, sofas and anything unusually heavy. Photos and dimensions help the team decide whether the route through the building is suitable. Crew size, vehicle choice and the moving window are assessed together; no particular resource or completion time is promised from a bedroom count alone. Mention key collection or tenancy deadlines at the first enquiry.

Clear scope. No guesswork.

What can be agreed

  • Loading, transport and unloading of the household items named in your written quote.

  • Route and access planning based on the collection and delivery details you provide.

  • A reviewed crew and vehicle plan, with any agreed extra work set out before booking.

Not automatically included

Packing, boxes, dismantling, reassembly, storage and specialist handling are not automatically included. Heavy or difficult items need individual review and written agreement. Parking charges, waiting or a changed inventory may affect the final price.

Have these details ready. Attach relevant photos when you speak to the team on WhatsApp.

  1. Both postcodes, your preferred date and any fixed key or handover window.

  2. Room-by-room item list, approximate packed box count and furniture photos.

  3. Floors, stairs, lift dimensions or booking rules, and any narrow doorways.

  4. Loading restrictions, carry distance and any packing or storage you want reviewed.

Agree what your move needs.

Your route, access, date and extra services determine the written quote. Home-moving service details can help frame the discussion, but they are not a substitute for an inventory review. Tell us what matters most and ask for the included work, exclusions and any extra charges to be clear before booking. If the load changes, ask for the plan to be checked again.

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Can you move a flat without a lift?

Stair-only access can be reviewed. Send both floor levels, photos of the stair turns and details of the larger items. Suitability, handling resources and any access charge must be confirmed before booking.

Will you dismantle my furniture?

Only where the item, condition and access have been reviewed and dismantling or reassembly is explicitly agreed in writing. A standard home-removals quote does not automatically include this work.

Is my move booked when I ask for a quote?

No. An enquiry starts the review. Availability, agreed scope, final price and the applicable booking terms still need confirmation; sharing a preferred date does not reserve it.

Tell us what needs moving.

An enquiry starts the conversation. Scope, availability and final price are confirmed before booking.
