Packing services in Birmingham
Packing help can be reviewed alongside your move, whether you need materials, assistance with selected items or a clearer division of work. Tell HS Group Global what is being packed and when it needs to be ready. Materials and labour are separate requirements, and neither is automatically included in a removals or storage booking.
Your items. Your access. Your quote, agreed in writing.
Decide what you pack. Tell us what needs help.
Start with a room-by-room list and identify the items you want the team to assess. Explain what you will pack yourself, what will remain loose and which items are fragile or unusually shaped. Photos help distinguish a simple box requirement from a handling task. Ask for the materials, quantities and packing work to be listed separately so the quote does not leave either side making assumptions.
In a Birmingham flat or shared house, leave room to pack and a clear route to the entrance. Tell us the floor level, lift rules, stairs and loading location if materials or packed items need collection or delivery. If belongings will go into storage, share the expected duration and ask about applicable packing and item restrictions. Do not assume every item is suitable for every storage arrangement.
Clear scope. No guesswork.
What can be agreed
Review of boxes, tape and protective materials, subject to stock and delivery availability.
Packing help only for the items and tasks accepted in your written scope.
Coordination with a reviewed moving or storage plan where those services are agreed.
Not automatically included
Materials, packing labour, transport and storage are not one automatic bundle. Specialist-item acceptance, dismantling, reassembly and any particular protection or cover need separate confirmation. There is no universal fragile-item guarantee or promise that every item can be packed by the team.

Whether you need materials only, packing help, or both; what you will pack yourself.
Stairs, lifts, loading access and any storage or delivery requirements to review.
Materials and help, clearly separated.
Packing is quoted individually. The item list, materials, work required and access determine what can be offered and the final written cost. Moving and storage service details explain their own scope; check them without assuming packing has been added. Confirm the materials, labour, delivery arrangements and any separate packing charge before booking, and tell us if the quantity or item list changes.
Good questions.
Clear answers.
Are boxes included in my moving package?
Not automatically. Tell us the quantity and types of items so materials can be reviewed. Boxes, tape, protective materials and any delivery remain subject to availability and written agreement.
Will you pack fragile items?
Send photos and describe the item, condition and protection needs. Suitable packing help must be individually assessed and agreed. Specialist or fragile-item acceptance is not a blanket promise.
Can packing be arranged with student storage?
It can be reviewed alongside the storage enquiry. Confirm materials, packing work, accepted items, collection date, storage period and return arrangements separately; none should be assumed from the package name.
Tell us what needs moving.
An enquiry starts the conversation. Scope, availability and final price are confirmed before booking.
